On October 1, 2018, Denise and Randy Hedden announced that
ServiceMaster by Hedden & Superior Construction Services was
acquired by ServiceMaster DSI, the largest owner and operator ServiceMaster franchise in the US.
For over 20 years, ServiceMaster by Hedden & Superior Construction Services has been prominent in the restoration and construction industry. With three locations and more than 150 workers, our company has served thousands of residential and commercial losses each year. Both Denise and Randy wanted their company put in good hands. They met with a few other prospective companies but found that ServiceMaster DSI’s culture and commitment to service aligned with what they were looking for in a buyer. ServiceMaster by Hedden and DSI’s teams have worked closely in the past on many SRM jobs, so the partnership seemed natural.
To help with the transition, Denise and Randy will be staying on with DSI in executive leadership roles. “Having Randy and Denise want to be a part of what we are building was extremely important to this deal getting done,” said DSI Holdings CEO, Jim Boccher.
